If someone were willing to pay for the domain and web space, I would take care of the website administration (we'd have to figure out about the forum and blog later). It would probably be easiest to reactivate everything at gandi.org, but I don't know if they also hosted things there. If not, redirecting to GitHub Pages might be a quick temporary solution (I only have push permissions there).
