Hi All: Well, when my google news alert for "cuban missile crisis" sent me to 
this article, I am noticing only L Y N X cannot get there. I first get a 403 
error, but then if I fool with a user-agent, it says something like, please 
enable javascript. Well, both e links, links, and w3m can all reach this 
article.

I am seeing more of this kind of thing lately. Thanks in advance for any
