lynx-dev PROBLEM TO DOWNLOAD LYNX

Hello,

Thanks for the FTP address. Unfortunately, the problem is always the
same. I think I've understand what's happening. Sent speed is very
slow (300 bytes/sec), and delay beetween packets is large. The
problem is that LYNX believes that transfert is complete after a
delay without recieving packets. I think that's the reason of the
problem. Note that I hadn't problem to do the previous version of
LYNX.

Could you fix this problem?
