I think that you are still talking about problems downloading from
my server. I don't know why you are having trouble. Perhaps there is
poor connectivity between our sites. You didn't say exactly how you
are trying to download, but it sounds as if you may be trying to use
lynx from DOS to do this. If so, get wget for DOS from my site. This
is a much smaller file which you should be able to get without too
much difficulty. Unzip the file and put wget.exe in your PATH. Then
make sure you have a connection to the net with WATTCP.CFG configured
properly. (You can do this by running lynx, then shelling out to a
prompt with the "!" command.) Then run:
wget "ftp://ftp.rahul.net/pub/dkaufman/lynx2.8.3dev.21-DOS.zip"
