I noticed, that although I had all the cookie settings in the lynx.cfg,
nothing was stored in the _cookies.lyn and that file even didn't
exist.
I checked the options form, but there wasn't a chance to change the
cookie file setting.
But when I looked at the lynx.rc file with a text editor, there was a
cookie_file setting. I then changed this similar to that in the lynx.cfg
file:
cookie_file=~/_cookies.lyn
After this cookie things work properly and cookies are stored in the
cookie file. But this didn't solve the original problem. I still can't
get <http://www.tietokone.fi/>. Lynx starts allowing a cookie but
nothing happens. I wait for 2 or 3 minutes and press ^c. If I try again,
Lynx seems to send the cookie. But then Lynx says "read 21253 of 22304"
and that's all. These numbers may vary. Lynx always stops after
downloading a part of this site's main page. I have no problems with
other sites and cookies.
