I have a vague memory of someone writing up a hack they'd conjured whereby
you could run the Linux X RealAudio player under Xvfb. It should be
possible to combine that with Lynx; perhaps by having Lynx call a small
script as an external viewer for Real Audio files which then communicates
with the Real Audio player.
Does that help?
