If you are talking about the DOS port, you should be able to run any
type of URL via the EXTERNAL mechanism if you have a DOS program for
that type of file. I know of only one DOS program for RealAudio, which
is said to work for some, but not all, RealAudio files, and which does
not handle streaming audio. If you have a DOS icq program, you should
be able to create a script which will interface with lynx.
