look in the Archive at www.flora.org/lynx-dev/ since c 000410 .
there have always been legal issues (US weaponry & RSA copyright),
which have made it difficult to provide SSL binaries,
but IIRC there is now a site from which one is available.
BTW do you know Tom Leslie of AC's Toronto office?
