agreed: it's always been an important principle for lynx-dev
that all discussion should go thro' the list, where everyone sees it:
that's the reason for making lynx-dev the default Reply-to.

using Mutt it's very easy to copy to the actual sender,
if s/he is not s*bscr*bed, but refusing the first offered To,
when Mutt will offer the sender instead, then Cc'ing to lynx-dev.
