No, I don't.
But I've forwarded your request to the LyX developer's list, and
maybe someone will know.
If not, you should be able to compile the package yourself without
much trouble. Just make sure you have XForms and XPM installed
(those should be in RedHats contrib department), and then compile
LyX as described in the INSTALL file.
A new pre-lease 8 is out at and available at ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx
