OpenOffice opens the table toolbar every time the user enters a table.
The does not seem to be a real way to disable this. What makes it
bearable is that the toolbar appears after a small delay (1 sec.?).
This means it does not appear when the cursor goes through the table.

With word (an older version), I did not manage to get a table toolbar
to pop up. I did not find other examples.
