another "rae" branch update

Well, three actually. Over this weekend:
        + libsigc++-1.0.0
        + xtl-1.3.pl.4
        + FormPrint now uses C callbacks.

No, make that four:
        - acinclude.m4, sigc++/acinclude.m4

They're both generated by autogen.sh and removed by maintainer-clean
which is why the ones in cvs were so out of date and why Angus had been
compiling with an out-of-date copy.  As good an arguement for removing
them from cvs as any.
