The xtl included in LyX is 1.3.pl.4 unless Jos� sent you a copy of that
patch I'd suggest merging your work into that version of xtl and sending
the resulting patch to Jos�.
Also, if you try compiling the latest rae branch you'll notice it only
ever uses the internally supplied xtl unless you use --with-extra-inc.
