Session warnings

Hi,

I get this message every time I start LyX:
 LyX: Warning: Ignore last opened file: /home/software/newfile1.lyx
 LyX: Warning: Ignore pos of last file: /home/software/newfile1.lyx

Can't we ignore the file also when we save the new session settings at 
LyX termination?
