1.5svn: Tidying up LyX/Mac

Here's a small patch to tidy up the lyxrc.dist file for Mac. It simply adds the "document" tag to various file formats, and it makes the viewer/editor for other file formats be "open" (to supercede the default "auto" that doesn't always work on Mac). It also adds new paths for i-Installer's changed default TeX installation.
