I'd say no because I use Alt-r for Promote for example. If we can
agree to affect Tab and Shift-Tab to Promote and Demote then I would
be OK with the arroaws.
Cursor Left/Right should be a reasonable shortcut for Promote/Demote
in the arrow verfsion, shouldn't it?
I'd be fine with that but:
alt+up and alt+down move pars up and down. maybe it is natural to have
similar bindings here?
But then how would you bind Outline-Up and Down?
