Actually I am almost sure that this is the right thing to do. Doing that
means that we can delete InsetMathDim and that all that will remain in
InsetOld is set/getInsetName().

But I do not really want 'name_' in InstBase. _Every_ character in math
will contain that...
I agree and did not proposed that, I am only proposing to move
setPosCache() which will cause nothing at inset level.
Of course we could implement name_ several times fuirther down in the
hierarchy...
When setPosCache() is moved I propose to rename InsetOld to NamedInset
and keep it.
