There is a bug with the insert reference stuff, the dialog one and not the
main menu.
The problem seems to come from the fact that the buttons in the insert
reference are active even when there is no label to enter. Pressing one of
them say "Insert reference" will cause a core dump. Possible solution:
Disable the buttons when no label exists in the document.
The problem is fully reproducible with 1.1.5cvs.
