The simple fact that a user doesn't go naturally to Document" shows IMO.

I remember that i really often searched the toc in the view menu until i finally got used to open it
where it is now.
Btw: When closing a document the toc also closes even if there is another document opend. But it's
not bound the particular document closed, because switching the other document does just update the
toc list. I would prefer if the toc window stays allways open until i close it (similar to a toolbar)
