Yes there is a patch in bugzilla for _key_ events but this is
independent issue: Helge's problem is about the scrollbar.
Eh, but it is the same thing. Hold back page-down keystrokes until
LyX is finished processsing the previous ones.
Helge's report is not about page-down keystrokes at all. It is about
scrolling with the scrollbar.
