I wanted to make sure I understand what Lars wants: I think I need to add
an action (LyXAction.C) named 'color-set', and then implement it as part
of the big switch statement in LyXFunc::Dispatch (lyxfunc.C).

Since I want to write the color-setting code only once, I think I should
add an LColor a method to do this (rather than have the code in both lyxrc
and lyxfunc).
