This is OK. It should be removed later
as you have mentioned it.

BUT BUT BUT BUT
In fact there are three commands not
two commands. The command
[EMAIL PROTECTED]@R{#1}}
will make problems when we want the Arabic
based on ARABI as the main language.
Therefore remove this one from the
file "languages" and keep the other two.
We should use this command only if the 
main language is not Arabic_ARABI.

No. I have not yet. In fact this is
not basically a bug.

It needs more investigation. We should
find the correct point in the source
at which we could place the command
"\TOCLanguage{farsi}".

it should be removed later if the bug
is fixed later. I will test it.

OK. I will prepare a clean patch for
all these topics except the issues that
are related to Arabic, because Dov
and Uwe are working on this topic too.
