Normally, the only language used for translation is the buffer
language. The language of the current paragraph is not taken in
account. To fix this, we will have to look at all the Buffer::B_
instances, and see if at this point we can get the paragraph language.
I suspect that some strings will be more difficult than others.

If you take the attached document, Chapter is translated to Chapitre,
right? This is all I plan to do with this patch...
