AFAIU the caption listings bug is related to language. This patch deals with
spellchecking (skip some parts of the doc) and is unrelated to language, despite
the opportunity of using a special language ("nolanguage") to skip spellchecking
was discussed (but as stated by Dov, it turns out that this wouldn't be
appropriated).
