PS: It's not _too_ much work actually (but a bit..). Currentlyy only the
parsing of the ui files is tied to the core. {Toolbar,Menu}Backend just
can go to frontends/qt4 (yes, down there) and assimilated there. I'd be
surprised if more that 300 lines wil remain in the end...

There will be a nice reduction I'm sure.
