this will active URIs such as the following:

after that, we're basically live. It _will_ break parts of the old LyX web
site (e.g. http://www.lyx.org/LGT/...), but I hope we'll quickly sort out
any remaining problems.
After that, we're running and I just need to document what we have, clean
up the directory structure, put it in SVN, and try a commit and verify
that the automatic export works. And perhaps some other stuff...
Anyway, we're pretty close.
