I put a .layout file for the siamltex class (SIAM = Society for
Industrial and Applied Mathematics) under

  http://mathematik.htwm.de/tmp/siamltex.layout


This fits more or less to Paul Duggan's LaTeX class found e.g. under

  ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/other/siam/siamltex.tar


It's the first shot at a .layout over here, so maybe someone more
experienced would comment ;-)
