I have not done it for a while, but with the dependency files (the dependency files and bundle files) and tools (scons, vc, nsis) in the correct place, you should be able to build a windows installer using 'scons installer' (or with option bundle). INSTALL.scons has some information, hopefully not too outdated. Cheers, Bo
