Gotta ask Jose that one. But I could be wrong about his intentions.
Anyway, I may be wrong in my terminology here. I don't know if he just
wants to use an XML parser, so that we know we're working with a
well-formed document, or a validating one. I know Lars had something
like a DTD at one point.
