Hello Jürgen,

around December 8 - 12 I committed some patches for tex2lyx that fixes a few bugs and add new features. (forced by JMarc ;-) )

I want to commit them also to branch split into small pieces.
Attached is the first one:

- accept Kazakh as document language
- fix a few comments

OK to go in and to proceed?
