To me, that looks like unclean, unfinished stuff.
Yes, I think that's the intention. But it is not used "consistently" :-)
And the compiler is in pedantic mode. I have no strong opinion here.
Some people are used to leave the extra comma - others not.
And it's cleaner to not leave it.
