I hope you don't mind me posting here: I am not wise in these matters. But I
have just updated to Ubuntu 11.04, and accordingly to Lyx 2.0.0rc3, and I have
the same symptoms as Julien, and the same output for locate fontspec | grep -i
texmf. I'm baffled as to how I can export my lyx documents as pdfs now that I
don't have the nice pdf(xelatex) option that I used to have in Lyx 1.6 or
whatever version it was that I had before I updated.
