Dead keys still not working with xforms 0.88

Lars,

I am not able to make dead keys work with xforms 0.88. Here is the
output I get when typing dead_acute+e:

The result is the insertion of a plain 'e'. I just doublechecked that
this works with latest 1.1.5fixcvs (where I did the same 0.88/0.89
separation).
