I would suggest, that all actions on right-click on the tab should only affect 
the tab, and not
the buffer - this would make logical sense (as there is a "Documents" menu), 
and solve
inconsistencies and clarify things. Another entry which could then be added, 
would be "open new
tab in new LyX window". The "close" in the tab would then only close the tab 
and, if it would be
the last tab, ask if it should also close the document or hide it, ui.e. leave 
it loaded but close
the last tab.
