What I was after, is that this is a regression. The original file is created with 2.0.x, compiles there fine. But after lyx2lyx it does not compile by lyx2.1. I think, it is lyx2lyx problem. To quote Scott's answer to Uwe: "This is a LyX regression. I can bisect later tonight. You do not need to change the docs."
