If the compiler version matters: I compiled LyX with gcc 5.3.0 (64-bit), and
libQt5Gui.so.5.6.0 also seems to be compiled with gcc 5.3.0. At least, 
the string
"GCC: (GNU) 5.3.0" is in that binary.
