Please prepare binaries.

I cannot compile the tarball due to this CMake error:

CMake Error at C:/Program Files/CMake/share/cmake-3.6/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:148 (message):
Could NOT find PythonInterp: Found unsuitable version "2.7.12", but
required is at least "3.3" (found C:/Python27/python.exe)

  CMakeLists.txt:695 (find_package)

Since when do we require Python 3 for LyX 2.2.x?

The strange thing is that I can compile the 2.2.x branch without problems and I set up both, the tarball build and the 2.2.x branch build new new from scratch.

thanks and regards
Uwe
