Nope. It's longtable, intentionally. But you can edit 
<install-dir>/wv/xml/wv[Clean]LaTeX.xml to change s/longtable/table/. 
No recompile required!

Yet, I have noticed that wv-produced tables also turn to ERT in reLyX. 
That could well have to do with all the other stuff that gets put in.
I would like at least wvCleanLatex to be clean enough to get through 
reLyX, but haven't managed so far.
