The input boxes in the tabular-layout now require that you hit "ENTER" for
acepting your input. This was due to a problem in the dialog that you couln't
insert characters in the input-box as due to the callback the cursor always
jumped to the last position after ever character insert!

Well it seems like a lack of knowledge how to use the layout (which surely
is the lack of documentation for the new behaviours of the InsetTabular!).
You never have to give the p-option you just have to input a valid Lenght
in the Lenght input box f.ex. 2cm! This then automatically will use a
p{2cm} column type. If you use the special column attributes you have to
be prepared to know LaTeX and to use it good as otherwise obviously the
document gives you LaTeX errors, which seems only fair. So this box is
for ADVANCED USERS ONLY!
So I don't regard this as a bug only as a missing documentation!
