What do you mean by that? And then you could just add a clause that if we
are in a docbook document we can do with floats whatever we want ;)

I really think we should not be able to generate wrong LaTeX code (or Docbook
if you want that one)! And if this means to have to restrict features then
we should do that! It's much more annoying to write a document and then not
be able to print or visualize it, and if you're no LaTeX expert you don't
understand what the error-messages tell you anyway!
