OK, the attached patch adds the Display options to form_preferences.fd
While I was at it, I have tried to rearrange the Preferences Dialog a
little bit to polish the outfit (a few labelframes here, a little
mouse-moving there). I compiled LyX with these cosmetics before adding
the Display stuff and it looks o.k.
I had a look at FormPreferences.C, but I didn't touch it. All the lyxrc
stuff was too much for me ;-). Moreover, old Graphics.[Ch] seem to have
another logic. So, before I break it totally, I'd rather ask you for
help, if I may.
Of course, this patch breaks LyX due to the lacking controller stuff.
