If people agree (I didn't still get agreement from at least Lars and Jean-Marc!)
we should change the call to bv->unlockInset() to bv->unlockInset(HOW), then the
above should work if you call bv->unlockInset(CURSOR_AFTER) (or any good name
for telling that unlockInset should move the cursor after the inset!
