Well you surely read my mail before and I think Herbert is right in his way. If we have the rule that only "true" values get written equal what default value the bool has then we´re always there and also if we change some default´s that would not change anything. In the read code we just initialize the bool with false and if there is nothing in the fileformat it remains false. Nothing to do with default values this is a simple rule and could be written as comment on the start of the read function. Isn´t it?
