The users need someone like you on their team ;-) Seriously, don't think for one moment that the typical office suite user manages on his or her own. They always know someone (a colleague or friend or relative) that just happens to know the esoteric detail they happen to need. If those people went on 'Windows strike' tomorrow, the day after the world would switch to Linux! Martin
