Well you give the minipage a width of 0pt how would you draw the stuff
inside if you don't have the width to do it?
There are 3 solution:
1. Use "real" minipages with a hfill in between (prefered IMO)
2. Give the minipages the right space (say 45text%)
3. Give the cells a width (say 3in) and write all as normally.
Have a look at the attached file for all three options.
