Ok.. one more.. how do I get the Preferences dialog? Edit -> Preferences doesn't pop up anything.. and I tried looking at the other menus but can't seem to find it..
Also, when I type, there's a significant delay between the keyboard stroke and the visual.. and if I type continuously then the characters show up only after I stop typing.. the cursor seems to move along to the right but the characters don't show up till I stop... instead, the characters near the cursor fade as the cursor moves along.. what do I need to do to change this? nirmal
