Using what LANG/encoding ? And is this when you *enter* text, or can you
compose a document with these in xforms and show it correctly in qt lyx
with the patch ?
Russian displays just fine in Qt LyX for me. What fonts are you using ?
If you are expecting to be able to enter latin1 characters in a latin2
locale, then this will not work.
