Yes.
I deleted it and
installed version 21 with no problems. On my office machine, which
previously had not seen 1.3.6, I did a fresh install, deleted the folder
and did another install, all with no problems.
Hmm. The problem for me is that the configuration fails. This problem
appears also on other machines - a friend reported it me at first.
I'll investigate further.
Paul, could you send me the sh.exe you use to install version 21
successfully? Thanks in advance.
