I have compiled into exe the lyx2lyx script (with collaboration of tex2lyx.exe). I found it working with my 1.3.3 and 1.3.5. I have compiled for python 2.3.5, it consist of two file (1.3MB and 16 kB). Zipped size is 720kB. May I ask somebody to test it?
