Man, this is windows... I don't know! Neither Notepad or Wordpad or MSVC
editor tell me anything about the encoding. But I guess they all are
fine with utf8 because they do show the correct characters.
What encoding does lyx2lyx
discover as your doc encoding?
How could I tell?
